Question for Pokemon Emerald

How do I get the tm dig if I can't find it or I got rid of it???
And how do I find latias?
Help would be nice......

1: Baltoy can learn dig from training. It's around level 35.

2: Latias will appear randomly throughout the region.

Diglett has dig move. For latias when you defeat elite four go to your home and ask your mom she will ask you for something if it is blue or pink. If you answer blue you can catch only latios if you answer pink you can catch only latias. I hope I helped

Hey, if youre trying to find latias, open your pokedex (after you have seen him) and selct latias. Go to the "area" link and then fly to the region directly under him. Make sure you have a couple hundred of the best pokeballs next to the masterball and have a Pokemon with the ability to stop Pokemon from fleeing. Also, have plenty of potions. make sure your pokemon is level thirty, and no higher. you dont want to kill him.
