I'd use mine on Laitos/Laitas (I think thats how you spell their names) as with all the other legendaries you can catch them with ultra-balls.

You could use a action replay code to make infinite master balls and capture all Pokemon with a master ball or do a glitch.

You should save your master ball to capture Latias or Latios.

I think you should save it and then clone it on the battle fronteir thats what I did and I got them all
