Shedinga's wonder guard only lets attacks that are super effective hurt it(fire)

No attack will do damage to Shedinja unless it's a Super Effective move to it. Or, if it's a weather damage move like Sandstorm or Hail.

Anything that isn't Super Effective to Shedinja misses because of Wonder Guard. Well, Shedinja has only 1 HP, and since there's nothing you can do about it, Shedinja has to have SOME huge advantage, right?

Well dude it only doesnt hit when the attk isnt super affective

No it makes it so tat only Super-Effective attacks harm it.

Well technically yes but super effective moves like flamethrower will kill it in one hit due to it's max hp of 1 hit point. So if it's super effective then shedinja is a goner.
