At the peek of mt. Summit

Chimecho is on the misty summit of Mt. Pyre. It is rare, though, but he'll pop up sooner or later.

I think you need to Dive at a certain place for it.

It is very rare at level 30 but in mt.pyre word of advise you better have free time on your hands
