To beat the elite four you should have a water/electric type (lanturn) a dragon/flying (salamence) grass (i used shroomish's evo) Fire/ground (camerupt) and dark/ghost (sableye). Thats what I used.
The only one I know off heart is nevermelt ice which is in the ice cavern of that shell bell cave (where you catch snorunt and spheal) and dark glasses: turn left in the tunnel that connects rustboro and verdanturf. Other you will have to look for.
