1. There is a way.you have to get an action replay and use the Pokemon cheats.
2. You may recieve the other starter Pokemon by selecting a starter Pokemon and trading it to another Pokemon emerald/sapphire/ruby game. Then start your game all over again and pick a different starter Pokemon and trade it to the game that you traded the other one to. For the last one select it and trade 2 Pokemon from that go to the game that has the other starter Pokemon on it. DO NOT TRADE IT FOR STRONG POKEMON. I would suggest trading to the other game 2 weaker Pokemon (Level 2-15) for the other starter pokemon. For the last Pokemon you do not have to trade and start a new game. And for the other game do not trade strong Pokemon I repeat do not trade strong Pokemon for the starters. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!^_^^_^
