What do you think the best starter is?

Personally torchick because I like fire pokemon. However The water one is the best to start with (the name escapes me right now) as he has less weaknesses and is a really strong Pokemon once he gets to swampert (level 36 I think). Treeko is the worst but it is all down to personal preference really and your battle style. Hope this helps

There is no best starter. It is a game of rock,paper,scizors fire beats grass,grass beats water,and water beats fire.Even though I am a boy I chose torchic because it has extreme power when it evolves.They all evolve at the same levels.Each one is good in a couple of catagories.okay to show what I am talking about each of the Pokemon gets rated 1-4 on the stats.

Mudkip. It is good against fire, ground, electric, and steel. Not only that, it isn't affected by electric attacks (besides being a water type, it's also a ground type). Its very hard to train, but getting Swampert is worth it. First it evoles into Marshtomp around Lv16-18, then marshtomp evolves into Swampert around Lv36-38. I got my Swampert in Dewford (with lots of hard training, of course).
