Rainbow pass? That's only for firered or leafgreen
This is how to get it for firered/leafgreen
1 You must have beaten the Elite Four
2 You must have 60 different Pokemon in you pokedex
3 You must have the national dex
Then you must talk to Bill in one island to get the rainbow pass

I have the rainbow pass in emerald but i have no idea where it goes i havnt tried the ferry yet tho

You can get in emerald! After you beat wallace (I think) go to fallarbor town an d go to poke mart!
