A decent Grass type would be Sceptile, but you don't have it apparently, you could try Breloom.
If you want the Electric type insted, try Manectric, there aren't many electric types in this game.

Cradily is ok if you know how to use it right. Breloom is cool. Magneton is ok. Manectric is solid, ampharos is good but you need to have beaten the elite 4 to get it. I know you didnt ask this but I really think torkoal shuold get dropped he stinks. Switch him for something that can learn electric or grass attacks and has a good special attack.

You can go to the safari zone and capture pikachu or get a manetric or magneton or an electrode. For grass how about breloom or oddish or sunkern.
