Complete your Hoenn and National Dex, there isn't much left to do, unless you haven't beaten the Battle Frontier yet.

Ah the elite four is nothing. Head off to the battle frontier and really test yourself. If you can get all gold symbols in everything then you have the right to ask the question "now what do I do".
