Rhyhorn learns Megahorn by leveling up. You don't need to breed it.

Get a female Rhyhorn. Level it up to 53 so it knows Megahorn and it'll pass on Megahorn with anything in it's group. If need be, just catch a Ditto in the cave in the Fossil Maniac's house.
Anything in this group can breed with Rhyhorn: Monster / Field
If you really want, get another male Rhyhorn and have it know Megahorn to ensure it knows Megahorn as a baby.

Rhyhorn doesn't learn Megahorn via breeding it learns it by training it.
