Solarbeam is a really cool move that takes two turns to attack. On the first turn, your Pokemon will charge up, then on the the second turn blast the opponet with a beam of sunlight. One cool feature with this move is teach the Pokemon with solarbeam sunlight, and you will not have to charge on the first turn, your will automatically blast the opponet with a beam of sunlight.

You get it in the Safari Zone. You have to Surf to get to it.
