What Pokemon learn Blast Burn and Frenzy Plant? And, is there an elemental water attack? If so, whats it called and who learns it?

Charizard learns blast burn. Venasaur learns frenzy plant. Blastoise learns hydro cannon. And you can only get those moves in Pokemon fire red/leaf green

Charizard=Blast Burn.
Venasuar=Frenzy Plant.
Blastoise=Hydro Cannon.
You can only learn these moves on Second Island Cape Brink.

The Pok�mon that learn Blast Burn are the following:
Charizard
Cyndaquil* (A special way, ONLY!)
The Pok�mon that learn Frenzy Plant are the following:
Venusaur
Chickorita* (A special way, ONLY!)
The Pok�mon that learn Hydro Cannon (the water type version of Hyper Beam.) are the following:
Blastoise
Totodile* (A special way, ONLY!)
The Special way is through the Gamecube game, Pok�mon XD: Gale of Darkness. If you get the starter from completing Mt. Battle in Story Mode without changing teams, then you'll get one of the starters, to your choice! They will know the elemental move to their type.
