Question for Pokemon Emerald
What is the fastest way to get my Pichu (Which knows Volt Tackle) to Evolve into Pikachu?
I tried using a ThunderStone, but It didn't work
It is holding Exp. Share so it can level up faster. Can you help me?

It will only learn Volt Tackle if you breed a pikachu while one is holding a Light Ball...Light Ball can be found by catching a lot of Pikachu and hope one of them is holding it

Just by making it love you. Give it Stat Enhancers like Carbos, etc. And keep it in the lead spot of your party, and not letting it faint in battle. When it loves you, level it up and it'll evolve into Pikachu.
Pikachu evolves into Raichu using a Thunder Stone, just so you know.
