Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have beaten this game.
I beat steven.
I got all regi's,raquaza,groudon,kyogre,infinate items without gameshark or anything. So it may be out of line to ask this but I really wanna know this:


In the special exhibit hall in lilycove [the museum and in the room with the paintings] this guy wants me to help him. I have no clue what so ever how to help or what to do.
PLEASE HELP ME?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must win every single category of the Pokemon Contest...you must be master rank and you must do it without a sweat...if your struggling to compete in the Contest..the pictures won't appear in the museum

You have to beat everything. All Pokemon Contest, and the Battle Fronteir. You have to do itwithout "Breaking a sweat" too or the pictures won't appear.

Win all the contest types in the Master Rank competition.

You have to beat the Master Rank for every Pokemon contest (cute, beauty, cool, etc). For some of them, you have to beat the Master Rank a few times with a different Pomemon.

You have to beat the contest in master rank in all four catigoris.Once you beat one of them in master rank,a man will come to you and ask you if you want your pokemon's picture in the museum.
