How does Mirage Island appear, and what's inside, because I've been waiting for it to appear, but the man always says he can't see it.

If you trade a million times with your friends and you have lots of different Trainer ID #'s, you can go to Mirage Island. It only appears if you have the ID that matches Mirage Island for the day. What's on the island is an exclusive berry and a patch of grass for catching Wynaut.

I think it has something to do with trainer ID number to get it to appear. I've been to it in Ruby version and all that was on it were some rare berries and wild wynauts.

Well,i've heard that you have to must have the number of a Pokemon that matches the number the old man needs. What you find there is the rarest berry ever, the Leichi Berry (it lets you blend golden pokeblocks!) and tons of baby wynaut.
P.S. TO EVERYONE, you can actually find a masterball with your itemfinder there!!!

Well, i haven't been there but apparently you can get this Leichie Berry which raises attack when on low health and you can find a 'Master Ball' using the Itemfinder and you can catch Wynauts that are Lv.40-59.
Pretty cool. But what puzzles me is how you can get the enigma berry WITHOUT HACKING OR GAMESHARK OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!!!! Because i'm not a sad lowlife who has to cheat in his emerald to make his profile look good. I only respect those who have achieve extremely difficult tasks like the National Dex without hacks.

Mirage island appears when you're Pokemon id matches the lotterys id and it appears
