TM 28: Dig is found on R oute 112.
However, if you already used the TM for Dig, what you need to do is go to the Desert and catch a Trapinch. Raise it to ~Level 43. Trapinch will learn Dig, DO NOT EVOLVE IT THOUGH. Now when he learns Dig, breed it with another Pokemon so they can get the Dig there too.

Go to Farllabour town...go to the fossil maniacs house and talk to the little kid..he will give you TM DIG

Go to Fallabor. Then go to Route 114 to the Fossil Maniac's House. Talk to the kid in the first room and he'll give you TM28 (Dig).

I know you half to go to fallarbor town once you are there go to route 114 and walk in the house if you look at the sine out side of the house it should say fossil maniac house. Go in and talk to the little girl.
P.S. Do you know how to get in the cave of origon. The man wont move. Thank you
