Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have a couple questions
Can you really get to the moon
If true how (don't tell me to beat the elite four then talk to the rocket guy, it doesn't work)
Do you have any good ideas on how to catch latios (without a masterball)
Do you know where I can trade Pokemon with people in the game
What would be a good team to beat the battle frotier
Where is the best base
Where is the base underwater
Where is cacturne island
How do you get to mirage island

First off...Use Mean Look...second make him reach yellow and red bar level then start throwing!

Strong, well balanced Pokemon and move set is needed in BF
Don't know...i never used a base...

You can go to mirage island randomly....randomly!...According to Serebii.net...if one of your party pokemon's id no. Matches the Lotto no...you can gain acces to mirage island...so it's still random.

1. Nope, you can't go to the moon, it's false.
2. Get a Wobbafuffet. It's ability prevents Switching/Fleeing, so Latios/Latios can't flee. Use Mirror Coat until it's HP gets really low(preferably in the Red area) then throw Ultra Balls or Timer Balls like crazy.
3. Not in Emerald yet.
4. There isn't an answer to this one. A well constructed team with well rounded moves does best.

8. Go to Pacifiloge Town and go to the Old Man. If he says "Oh my gosh! I can see Mirage Island today!" or anything like that, you surf east and Mirage Island will be there.

1) NO! No moon in any of these games!
2) Catch a Sableye, raise it to a high level (more than 55, preferably) and use it's Mean Look.
3) In Rustboro, Fortree, and the Battle Frontier. There might be more places, though.
4) Try something, then if it doesn't work, ask in the Team Ratings forum for suggestions.
5) I don't know, who's the best actor? (There isn't one -_-)
6) There are no Secret Bases underwater.
7) Another bogus cheat! Sorry, but there's no such crap as Cacturne Island.
8) God, I get tired of answering this...the game randomly generates a number. If that number matches you Pok�mon, the island will appear. It's game mumbojumbo, like Hidden Power.
