I need sugestions on picking a Pokemon to use in rhe tough contest. If you have a winning Pokemon tell me it and it's move, because that's the only contest I need to beat them all.

I like Regice, but that doesn't always work.
Picka Pokemon with good TOUGH categorized moves, and make sure that you raise it's Toughness so it has an advantage in the Contest.

Well actualley there isnt a best Pokemon what I did was wait for the berry master to come to lilycove and blend berrys with him and you get level 40+ pokeblocks all the while but he is only there once so if you missed him sorry
