Pokemon Modifier Code's are cheat code's that changes the Pokemon you see in the wild. If you enter a modifier code for Charizard, then all the Pokemon you see in the wild are all Charizard. Level's may vary.

EspeonDude_ answered:

A Pokemon Modifier is a stupid thing that allows you to make Pokemon using extremely long codes for your games(ROMS mostly). Example be, I could use it to make the top Espeon with ideal moves and Stats.

Do you no where I could get it?
