Question for Pokemon Emerald

I am stuck on Norman. I do not thing my Pokemon are strong enough. These are my pokemon-

Marshtomp- lvl 31
Bide
Water gun
Tackle
Strength
Swalot- lvl 31
Sludge
Bodyslam
Yawn
Rock smash

Those are what I use. I also have a wynaut egg, a lvl 12 taliiow {for when I can use HM02}, and a lvl 9 abra. Norman has normal type, so I don't have any fighting moves except for rock smash on swalot and that move sucks! I need help on where to train and what lvl should I get Marshtomp and Swalot to?

Please answer ASAP!!!

Train tialllow to lvl 26 and it will turn into a swellow then try it again but I give you another advice train like all your Pokemon in your party to the same lvl or you can train wynaut to like lvl 20 then it will turn into a wobufet it has a attack that is very usefull u need to make sure it is fast then use the attack (FORGOT THE NAME) if your pokemon dies the next turn he will kill the pokemon thats attacked him.

Get 2 more Pokemon so you will have 6 Pokemon then train them all and try again

Bring a fighting type with you with the level above 40..normal Pokemon is weak againt's fighting types...

well yeah but not there is no way that it will live all the attacks plus spinda knows psybeam so fighting=dead
