How do you get a Bonsly on this game?
People say look in the cheat section but I can not find it.

Sorry, but there's no Bonsly, Munchlax, Luciaro, or any other 4th generation Pok�mon in Pok�mon Emerald. Not even by a GameShark or Action Replay code.

You cannot get Bonsly on Emerald, but when Diamond and Pearl come out for the DS you can get it.
