I've read that Volt Tackle is obtained by having the female Pikachu or Raichu holding a Light Ball. Then you breed her and the resulting Pichu will have the move at birth. Be advised: Volt tackle has recoil damage!

Breed a Pikachu holding a Light Ball to a Ditto or another Pikachu. The offspring Pichu will know Volt Tackle.

Yes you can.....First you must find a light ball, it's attached to a wild pikachu..chance's are 5% of getting them. Then attached one ball to a pikachu and breeed it. The egg will turn out a Pichu with the move volt tackle.

Breed a pichou holding a light balll with a ditto and walla instant volt tackle.
