Question for Pokemon Emerald
If you have an Alakazam with the ability inner focus(which prevents flinching if you did'nt know) and it knows focus punch, would it still flinch if it is hit while it's focusing?

No, it will still flinch if it's attacked. The Inner Focus ability doesn't prevent it.

Yes, it would still flinch. No matter what, if a Pokemon is using Focus Punch, and is hit by a damage inflicting attack, it will flinch.

I'm not positive, but I don't think so, since technically you don't flinch, you lose your focus and can't move. But I'm not sure.
