Hi, this sounds really stupid but...
I've completed Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire but when I got emerald I couldn't find cut. Please could you help me,

Lol I had the same problem...u find cut in a house west of rustboro's Pokemon center talk to the man and he gives you it

The Cutter's House in Rustboro City. You can receive it from him whether or not you have beaten Roxanne and teach it to your pok�mon to use in battle, but you must obtain the Stone Badge to use it outside of battle.
