Yeah. Get rid of Rayquaza's Rest and Extreme Speed and replace them with Crunch and Thunderbolt. You will be able to defeat the Elite 4 on Emerald with only him.

It seems Makuhita and Lombre are HM slaves. Drop them for a good water pokemon. Teach blaziken flamethrower and drop cut.
Level-up Graveler some more and teach him earthquake over Rollout.
Gardevoir- Confusion for Calm Mind.
Rayquaza- Outrage for Dragon Claw.

You will have some painfull moment with that move sets and levels. well rayquaza is at level 70 and from the looks of it he's your main pokemon.
Level all of them to 70 and change your move sets. And if a dude named Master_Voltahwk inlcudes some changes in your moe sets, do as he says.

Level up your Pokemon in areas that they're stronger then and as they get stronger move to train in different areas with stronger pokemon
And I justwanted to say that I havnt even gotten to the e4 and all my Pokemon are a lot stronger than yous

Dude, honestly, your team looks like another n00b team.
Its obvious that youve only tried to train Blaziken, and youve barely tried to train Gardevoir, and judging by the levels, youve probably avoided every battle you can.
Dude, ALL of your team needs to be atleast level 50 before you can have any hopes, Rayquaza can do alot, but not all of it...
My team was all level 50 before I got to the league, because I versed every trainer I could and I kept my team balanced.
You NEED to seriously train the rest of your team.
