If you mean Pokemon like Mewtwo, Rayquaza, and Celebi, they can not ever go in the Battle Tower or any other facility. Others, like the Regis, Lati_s, Legendary Birds, and Legendary Dogs, can go to these facilities.

No you can't well there are some exceptions
The Regis
Latis
Dogs
Bird(molty,zappy and arty)

Only regirock regice and registeel are legendarys you can use.

You can't, you cannot use Lengendarys at the Battle Frontier.

No legendary Pokemon can't battle in battle frontier however the regi's can seeing as the pyramid brain uses them(i think)
