Question for Pokemon Emerald
Attention: Reaper06!!!
You have a lot of cheats in the cheat section where you say to enter these codes at the "secret base" at Cacturn Island.
Well, I've never heard of this place, nor has anyone else as far as I can tell, but people keep asking where it is in the Q&A section and if it does exist, I'd like to know the correct answer to give, because now everyone just says it doesn't exist! So your cheats aren't helping anyone at this point. If you reply I will happily answer all future questions on where it is and refer them to your cheats, and validate your cheats as well, too. I'd like to try them myself! They look cool!
So, Reaper06, please answer this question and clear up all this confusion!
Thank you in advance for helping me to accurately answer questions here at SC, because I do a lot of answering, and need to be armed with the best possible info to do so!

I already told him that his hints are bogus but he's too stuborn to fix it and tell the truth. And it makes people get confused and ask dumb questions and stupid questions because of his Hint's and Cheats which is actually just a pile of Cow Dung!

I feel you cyber_john! I hate that stuff, man, all it does is cause problems! I was trying to get him to answer, but didn't think he would...
If he's got a truly bogus post in Hints or Cheats can't we get a moderator to fix it? I guess I really mean get rid of it since there's no truth at all to it. You think there'd be something we can do besides bogus or low rate it, people still don't pay attention! [Someone else made a totally BS hint or cheat for PMD:BRT or Emerald, took up a ton of blank space, then said it was all a trick for us lame-o's or some such crap that I saw not too long ago-how'd that even make it in? If that's how he gets his kicks, he's the lame one!]
I see why no reply from the party in question, though, as far as this Cacturn Island! If it were true, why no reply? Answer if you're out there! I'll even trade something if you don't want to give out your secret for free or something.

I think he is tlking about that area on rt.115 where you get jigglypuff a.k.a. Jigglypuff island, because there are a few secret base spots there
