Ok,Im at the elite four and I can beat the first two easily, but at the third one I keep die-ing,

You need a good fighting type since Glacia use Ice types, Ice have no chance in fighting types. Level your Pokemon to 65.

You should try getting some fire,ice and rock types to defeat the third person.

You should be able to defeat the 3rd and 5th one with that Sceptile and Leaf Blade. The 4th one, you will need to catch and train a Pokemon that can learn TM13 (Ice Beam), unless you want to teach your Sceptile TM02 (Dragon Claw).
