Trade it from someone else. If you know someone with one ask them if they have a Pokemon Coloseum Bonus Disk. Pretty sure you can't buy them any more.

Go to a Nintendo Event to acquire the ticket to get to the Island.

The only way I know to get him is to obtain him from the pre-sale disk you get w/ Pokemon Colloseum for Gamecube.

Jirachi? You CANNOT get them from Islands, space, rainbow pass, e-reader, or any Nintendo Event I've heard of anytime in the recent past (3 years). There is the Colosseum Bonus Disc that I have a copy of but it's very hard to find if you can at all. I'd ask anyone who was into Pokemon at the time Coloseum came out if they have it or try ebay, because you can reuse it as long as it's not into the same game (you can restart and get another), so if you find someone with it, spend the $2 to get a cable if you/they don't have one.
I've heard you get one if you finish Pokemon Channel for GC, but since I haven't finished it, I cannot confirm that.
If you are near Northeast TX or Southern MD after April, I'd be happy to give you one-I've given away tons already. Let me know, I will do it, seriously! I can even come to you-I have a car/license-if you're not that far, but I insist we hang out and you let me put some other cool stuff in your games, too, like a few Masterballs or something! And we must battle, of course!
