Question for Pokemon Emerald
What do you do when you get to lilycove I beat Brendan,I went to that mountain place where the orbs are and I went to the magma hideout and the aqua one also, where do you get strength?

Use ROCK SMASH on the rock in Rusterf Tunnel, and you'll figure it out.
