By training... A lot!
There is no easy way unless you cheat. Don't use Rare Candies; they may be easier but they make your Pokemon weaker than they could be.

You need a very easy place to train, and since the Elite 4 are your highest leveled things to train on in the game, that's pretty much it. You could also trade your Pokemon to other games and have them grow faster.

Training them at places where high level Pokemon are. Trading them to one of your different games. Take them to the daycare. If you have a lot of Rare Candies then you can use them.

Well you colud use all rare candys which is cheating but it is an easy way or you could go buy and ar or gameshark and put in a lvl 100 cheats .

Well cheating for rare candy would be the easy solution, but I don't recommend that.
