Go back to the weather institute and go upstairs and talk to the guy there, if he say's 'theres a heavy ranifall at route -- ' , or 'theres a haevy drought at rout -- ' go the place where the strange weather is.

2.thats a lot of things bro, go the hint selection for full info.

3.look up in your pokedex or you could trade a horsie fora Bagon in pacifidlog town.

Master Volthawk answered:

1) Go to Rte. 119 Weather Institute and talk to the man who gave you the Castform. He'll tell you about a drought or downpour occuring on a specific Route. Go there and either a land cave or sea cave will appear there. Through those caves is where Groudon and Kyogre will appear.

2) Rte. 134 is the entrance to the Sealed Chamber. You'll need Dive, Dig, Wailord, and Relicanth.

3) Horsea is caught by fishing on Rte 132, 133, and 134.

1. Go to the Weather Institute, where you got Castform. Then talk to the guy who gave it to you. He'll tell you where there is strange weather like a drought or heavy storm in an area. Go to the area and you should find it.

2.You must solve the puzzle that is in a cave that has braille words in it. Use Dig on the center of the top of the room and be sure to have a Relicanth and Wailord with you. One first position one in last position. Walk through the room and the doors to the caves will open.

3.Fish near Slateport City's harbor. The place where Team Aqua stole the submarine.

Okay...you are asking quite a lot there, so i'll answer to your 2nd question.

What you need:
A Pokemon with fly
A Pokemon with dig
Relicanth (can be found in the diving areas near Sootopilis)
Wailord (Fish for the strongest Wailmer you can find, then evolve it at Lv.40)
A Pokemon with dive
A Pokemon with surf

Okay! First fly to Pacificlog Town. Then surf to the currents and go the lowest you can. Then start till you end up in front of a fisherman. Beat him(if you haven't already) then go low as possible and surf until you reach a shallow area with trainers. Ignore them and continue on, again start at the lowest point till you reach 2 swimmers. If not, then you did something wrong. Then go to the next shallow water with a buch of rocks on it. Then go to the last shallow water area. Now this is hard don't go to the lowest point, and not the highest point either. Just take about 2 steps up from the lowest point and surf. Then your at a diving area. If you missed it, don't worry, you probably stepped to high at the last step. Now dive into this area, and let's begin!! Okay, now when you dived, you should end up in a tiny little hole. Go through the enterence, and kepp going down till you reach a big rock. On this rock it says 'Go up here'. Do as it says and dive back up. You should end up in a cave with more braille in it. It says the letters of the braille alphabet, so looks like you get free lessons!! Anyway when you go up, you should more of it. It says 'Dig here'. So dig and it should open up a hole. Now guess what? More braille. I forget what most of it says, though. Go up and it says, 'First comes Wailord. Last comes Relicanth'. Then put Wailord first in your party, and Relicanth last. Now press A to the braille again and then B to close it. There should be a earthquake. Don't worry. You won't die. *Ahem* Okay now three doors should have opened. Now there should be a opening in the three rocks near these places: The Dessert Ruins, home of Regirock, is in the Dessert. The Island Cave, home to Regice, is in Route 105. The Ancient Tomb, home of Registeel, is in Route 120. *Note: All of them have Ruin Maniacs near them. Now, to reach them!! We'll start with Regice. He is the most difficult to get to, in my opinien beacause it says: 'Stay close to the wall. Run around one lap.' This means you have stick to the wall, while running around the whole perimeter of the cave and the dorr will open. Now for Regirock it says: 'Left, left, down, down. Then use rock smash.' So go left twice and down twice. The use Rock Smash. For Registeel I forget what it said, but you have to go to the middle and use Flash. Good Luck!!!!!

Aeon-Flux answered:

1: You need to go to the Weather Institute, if that doesn't work talk to Prof. Birch.
2: Go to Pacifidog, surf left and have Wailord last and Relicanth first, then use a Pokemon that knows dig and it will unlock the chambers, a Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire guide can help in this operation.
3: Trade from Ruby or catch it on route 131.
