Am I able to use the wireless adapter when I want to trade and battle Pokemon between Emerald and Saphire???

Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are NOT compatible to the Wireless Adapter. You MUST use the Game Link Cable.

Emerald is Wireless Adapter functional, but Sapphire is not. You need to use a Link Cable for that, sorry.

No, you have to use the Link Cable to trade. OR if you have Pokemon Colloseum or XD and have them beaten you can use the GBA-GC cord to transfer them, you also have to have the games you are trading to and from beaten also.
