Yeah I do when you get to the AQUA base, go through the door. Then there will be a portal. Go through the portal .there will be a desk. Behind the desk there will be 4 balls. Two of them are a NUGGET and a MASTERBALL. The other two are ELECTRODE so watch out.

You can get one in Team Aqua's base in Lilycove and another through the Lilycove Lottery (high odds, though).
