You need the wireless adapter and a freind who has one as well and has Mystery Gift as well.

Go to any pokemart. There wil be a quiz on the desk near the lady. Put in "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" Then the lady will give you the mystery gift.( you have to have a wireless adapter)

For Mystery Link to work, you need the wireless adapter.

For the millionth time, Mystery Gift is used ONLY at Nintendo Pokemon events when they download tickets into your game! No matter who or what game you hook up with, it won't do anything at all!
Yes, Emerald will "work" with Sapphire and Ruby for trading Pokemon, records, mystery guests(those guys who are in Mauville PC [and the lady in Lilycove PC if you're trading Emerald to Emerald]-they'll switch games), and you can get an Eon ticket that way!
