Question for Pokemon Emerald
How come everyone says that when you complete your pokedex for just hoenn, you get a G/S/C starter? I've completed my pokedex and I don't have any starter. I've got the diploma and talked to professor birch, but nothing happens. Please help me.

Are you sure you completed all of them, or you just cheat to complete them.

You should've gotten the G/S/C starter from Birch after getting all 200 (maybe 202, + Jirachi and Deoxys) Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex.

Did you beat the E4? Because you have to do that before you get any "outsiders" of Emerald.

You have to go to his lab then he will let you choose one of the johto starters he let me do it.

Are you sure you have all 200 pokemon? If you have ones that are on the national that doesnt count. You need all 200 hoenn pokemon.
