Question for Pokemon Emerald

Where can you get waterfall? Why these two pokes are fighting and whats the answer to get further? Is the answer Sky pillar? I'm really stuck in this sootopoli city. Please.. I'm begin you. Make it quick, please.

Rayquaza is at the Sky Pillar near Pacifidlog. You get HM 07 (Waterfall) after you awaken Rayquaza and return to Sootopolis and see him stop the duel between Kyogre and Groudon.

When champ wallace ask you where rayquaza is, say sky pillar then after that you wil go and wake him at the sky pillar ( located near paciflog town). Then groudon and kyogre calm down. After what you did wallaca will give you a gift called HM WATERFALL.

Yeah you go to sky pillar and rayquaza will be up at the top, he'll go move the two pokes. Then you talk to the leaders of team magma and aqua then you can go into the gym. Once you beat the gym you can use waterfall outside of battle. If I remember correctly someone will just give waterfall to you, someone like steven or wallace. You then use waterfall to go into ever grande city and the Pokemon league and to go further into meteor falls and get a Bagon to evolve into a salamence.
