No, I'm sorry. You have to find a Pikachu in the Safari Zone, catch it, and pray it has a Light Ball.

Well the easy to gte it is to use the modifier code and go to the safari and use all the safari ballson catching the pikachu.

All I can reccomend is sell worthless items for $$ for the Safari Zone. Only use Safari Balls on Pikachu, and be sure to bring a poke`mon that has False Swipe if you have one. E.x. A Sceptile.
