To get to magma's hideout go to mt pyre andget the magma emblem,then go and fight maxie in front of groudon / to get in the aqua hideout you must have seen groudon , team aqua take the submarine ,and for the wailmer to move you must get the master ball in the team aqua hq and beat the admin at the end of the hq simple enough

Try searching through Super Cheats AR Codes pages, but if that doesn't work, Go to a search engine and search for Pokemon Maker, click the first link and then it will take you to a Pokemon Maker website, make sure you follow the intructions and list your actually AR Version and game.
