Question for Pokemon Emerald
Do you know how to copy any pokemon?
First you need to get a ditto.
Then you need too put the ditto in the Pokemon you want to copy in the day care.

Sure there was a question in there, but you already provided the answer. And everyone already knows that it's breeding and it can get a bit more complicated then that, but I wont get into it because your likely a rookie. You are forgetting about a huge amount of Pokemon too, legedaries cannot breed and ones without gender can't breed either (claydol, metagross, starmie...) so your going to have to find another useless thing to say for the solution to that problem.

FYI there's, a cloning glitch in emeralds and you can clone any Pokemon while holding any item you want.
