1. Pichu's base moves [the moves it knows when it hatches at level 5] are thundershock and charm.
Level 6- Tail Whip.
Level 8- Thunder wave.
Level 11- Sweet Kisses.
2. Mew: obtained on Faraway Island. Use an old sea chart to get there.
Mewtwo: traded from FR/LG.

Mew and Mewtwo are not normally obtainable in this game. You can get Mewtwo from Leaf Green or Fire Red or use a cheat code. The only way to get mew is through a cheat code.

You can get mewtwo by trading for fire red, and you can get Mew by getting the old sea chart from a Nintendo event OUTSIDE THE GAME, then uysing it to go to far away island.

I don't know about pichus moves but you can get mewtwo on leaf green by going into the canve in cerulean city. Mewtwo is in there
