I need help finding rare Pokemon that are on the game but haven't seen them but they are out there somewhere, can somebody help me please.

You should be a bit more specific by 'rare'. Some of them only appear once ever, some appear an infinite amount of times but are only in one spot and are tough to find and catch.
There are soooooo many that fit both of those descriptions that it is impossible to tell you where each one if. If you want to know everything check out the r/s/e/fr/lg pokedex on serebii.net.
And there are 3 different fishing rods too man.
