Well you just have to be very very lucky because the chance of finding a shiny Pokemon is 1 in 8191 battles, that can be in the wild another trainers Pokemon, at the battle frontier and just anywere really you just have to keep looking you can't get a shiny Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza because there colours are preset at the beggining of the game and you CAN get a shiny Lati@s because if you get an eon ticket the values of the Pokemon are reset and it's posible to get a shiny Lati@s, by the way @ stands for A and O latias and latios. Just look any wheres for a Pokemon,they could be any wheres they are rare and hard to find.

You can't tell if you are going to catch a shiny Pokemon or not.
the only way you can predictedly catch a shiny Pokemon is with a cheat pack

Shiny Pokemon appesr just as normal as a normal Pokemon would,the only difference,the chances are not good of a person finding one.

You weaken it, and throw a ball at it obviously. Its no different from catching any other kind of pokemon. They are just really ridiculously rare, I believe the chances of finding one at any given encounter is 1 in 8192. Which translates to .0122 percent. Your best bet to get one I just not thinking about and go about it and go along with the game as normal, and with luck youll find one. It could be a poochyena or something awesome like a bagon. But there is no nifty way to get them.

Shiny Pokemon appear randomly, so I don't have any hints on how to find one exactly. Though using a cheat device works, too.

They are random.You don't know when you are going to find one unless you use an ActionReplay or a GameShark.

Action Replay, or any cheat device will get it for ya! Gmaeshark... Stuff like that! OR , you have a 1/8132%chance of encountering one!!! I did! A shiny golbat! And a poochyena!

It is random. There is about 1 in 8121 chance of one appearing, unless you use shiny Pokemon encounter codes for AR or GameShark.I have been playing these games forever and I've only seen a handful of them. I caught a shiny Bellsprout on Leaf Green, a shiny Lunatone on Saphire, which has a blue eye instead of a red one, a shiny Spinda on Saphire, which is green camoflauge instead of Desert camoflauge, and I saw a shiny Haryama on my friend's Ruby, which has different color to things about it's waist and I think they were red,though to both of our dismay he had only four ultra balls and we coudn't catch it. So pretty much, there is no point in looking for them, they are rare surprises that pop up once in a great, great while, unless of course you cheat.
