Question for Pokemon Emerald

Alright. The only Pokemon in my party who can stand face-to-face with Kyogre is the Mastetr of Monsters..Rayquaza, who kills the genderless freak if Kyogre isn't left with 1 HP before it uses Double Edge. How do I CATCH the Freak of Unique?

Teach Rayquaza a weak move like Secret Power.If you can,take alot of Timer Balls.After you caught Kyogre,teach Rayquaza back the move you deleted.It is also wise to have some Pokemon that know Protect so you can make the battle longer to power up your Timer Balls.If you can't get Timer Balls,use ALOT of Great Balls.They are cheap,and have caught some important Pokemon for me.

Well if it's left with one HP then just use a poke ball on it.

To tell you the truth Ive caught all three lengends with a simple poke ball just get them down to like when they have a one red pixel and use the ball... This may take awhile but it will work just bring alot of pokeballs.
