Question for Pokemon Emerald

Does anybody know how to get Mew, mewtwo, suicine, raikou, entei, celebi, jirachi, doexys, moltres, zapdos, and articuno without using an AR, gameshark or any cheat devices?

Well you could try trading from another game but I supose you would have to cheat to get them Pokemon 2 exept moltre, zapdos, articuno, entei, suicune, raikou, mewtwo. Dexoys and jirachi can be git from a nintendo event and Mew will have to get the old sea chart or somthing and go to fairway island.

Without using cheat devices, you'd have to trade or go to the nintendo events.

Mew must be obtained on Faraway Island, accessible with the Old Sea Chart (which is not yet being circulated). Deoxys is on Birth island, accessible with the Aurora Ticket (which is probably being given out at the UK tours?). Celebi is currently being downloaded at the UK tours. All the others must be transferred from other versions.

The only other ways I know of is by trading them from another game (if you or your friend has them on another game) ,or attending a nintendo event.
