Ho-oh and Mewtwo will obey you whether you got them legitimately or through cheating. Mew and Deoxys obey because you got them from Faraway Island and Birth Island respectively.

What does it matter if they obey you or not, they do and thats a good thing. If they didnt obey you then youve got a problem right. I just can't understand why you would ask that question, why does anything obey you? So what if it's all the ones you cheated to get.

They shoulld obey you if you have all the right badges.If not, then considor yourself lucky.

Well, how many badges do you have?
2 badges: Pokemon level 30+ obey you.
4 badges: Pokemon level 50+ obey you.
6 badges: Pokemon level 70+ obey you.
8 badges: all Pokemon of any level obey you.
Obviously, having 1 badge means any Pokemon level 30 and below obey you.
3 badges mean Pokemon between the levels of 30 and 50 obey you.
5 badges mean Pokemon between the levels of 50 and 70 obey you.
And 7 badges mean Pokemon between the levels of 70 and 90 obey you.

Did you get them by a cheat?,if so then that is the reason why.

Do you mean they don't obey you? If so it's because the action replay cheat might be screwing with your game.

If you mean they don't obey you, it's because they are too high of a level.
If you mean they do, then you probally have the correct badge for the level they are at.
