There is a Jirachi if that's what you mean. You get it by the extra disk in Pokemon Colloseum or a Cheat Device.

There is such thing as a Jirochi but you can't get him unless you cheat to het him.

Yes, there is a Jiracihi.You can get Jirachi off Pokemon Colleseum or use an AR/GS.
