Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey that guy who asked me if I am that Lumen from space, right? Well I am not, but anyway can you tell me how to get to space?
Hey everyone my feebas has still not evolved. It is level 60 and has a nickname. It will not eat any more Pokeblocks and I can not get the scarf yet. Also I can not get the effort ribbon? Also I have fed it heaps of proteins and all of that. P.S Who has played simpsons hit and run on xbox? I got it yesterday and I am up to the halloween level.

You cannot go to space, and you have to ensure that Feebas' beauty condition is touching the border on the Condition meter and Feebas can receive a Blue Scarf from the head of the Slateport Fan Club. Once it gets to that point, elevate it a level more.
As for the Effort Ribbon, it is given only to Pok�mon that have absorbed the maximum possible EVs.

1.You can't go to space.
2.You need to breed it and start over. This time,feed it blue or indigo pokeblocks.
3.You should be able to get the ribbon,if you have maxed out Feebax's stats.

You can't get to space by any means, unless theres some unreal gs/ar code I don't know about. So give up your dream about going to space, because no matter what you heard from someone else you cannot go there.
As far as you feebas, are you giving him the right pokeblocks? Effort ribbon has to do with EVs so are you battleing the same things over and over again, or using rare candies? If might be in your best interest to breed that feebas or just catch a new one and start over. Make sure you are giving him the pokeblocks that raise beauty, and try not to raise him too many level before he evolves.
