Can you catch Mew, deoxys, jirachi, and celebi on emerald and if you can where.
Please tell me because there my favorite pokemon

Well I'll start by saying that you need a cheat device to catch them. I believe Nintendo Events are no longer held (for emerald) so... You can't get the tickets (for Mew and Deoxys) from something that isn't held, right?
So anyway, you need to find the code for the Old Sea Chart and Aurora Ticket, because you need those tickets to get to Faraway Island, using the Old Sea Chart, to get Mew and to get to Birth Island, using the Aurora Ticket, to get Deoxys. Jirachi, I believe, you can trade from a Ruby/Sapphire game that has one because I don't think you can still get the Pokemon colloseum bonus disc so that you CAN get Jirachi (without cheating). And to get celebi, well, you just gotta cheat.
Or, you just get ALL of them by cheating.

What kinda loser has Mew, deoxys, jirachi and celebi as their favorites. Real original. Get some favorites that are actually cool. Well you can't really get them without pulling some strings, that being using a gameshark or action replay, going an event (which don't really exist anymore) or mixing records with someone who has the tickets that you need to go to the lsands that those things are hiding on. Celebi doesnt have a ticket and I may be mistaken but jirachi doesnt either so for those two it's straight up cheating.

Yes you can you have to get the aurora ticket for deoxys, the old sea map for Mew, celebi and jirachi I don't know but I have them from my friend.

ATTENTION:
Okay, first of all to catch Mew, deoxys, and celebi, you need to cheat by getting the tickets from nintendo events.
But JIRACHI does not have cheating, because I have it. And Im one of you guys who doesn't go to any nintendo events or doesn't use gameshark, action replay, e-reader, stuff like that. Now all you have to do is get a gamecube and buy Pokemon channel.
Complete it (it took me about 7 days playing about 3 hours a day) then go to options on the main menu via special (it will say Jirachi in one of the boxes) then trade it to ruby/sapphire using a gamecube via gameboy trader (sorry I don't know the exact name) and vioala!
Jirachi is one your sapphire/ruby game. Now just trade it to emerald.
